Pan Pacific Petroleum NL, (PPP) is an ASX 300 and NZX 50 listed oil and gas exploration and production company participating in non-operated interests in New Zealand (including production from the Tui Area Fields) and Australia.
PPP is seeking to grow shareholder value through selective oil exploration and development acquisitions in proven hydrocarbon basins in the South East Asia and Australia-New Zealand regions.
PPP is currently in the process of farming-in to an exploration venture in Vietnam (subject to PetroVietnam and Government approval) and has recently received approval for farmin to an exploration venture in the Timor Leste-Australia Joint Petroleum Development Area.

Pan Pacific Petroleum (JPDA 06-103) Pty Ltd has acquired a 15% interest in Block of JPDA 06-103 Production Sharing Contract, by farming into a 5% interest from each of Global, Bharat and GSPC.
PPP has interests in the Tui Area Oil fields, in production since 2007, and nearby exploration permits in the Taranaki Basin.
Pan Pacific Petroleum (Vietnam) Pty Ltd is progressing a 5% interest in Block 07/03 via a farmin agreement with operator Premier Oil Vietnam South B.V. (“Premier”), subject to PetroVietnam and Vietnamese Government approval.
PPP has a long history in the offshore Carnarvon Basin, Western Australia, which includes past production from the South Pepper and North Herald oil fields and the Tubridgi gas field.
